History 10
This week the students will apply what they learned about the Greco-Persians Wars, particularly the Battles of Thermopylae and Salamis. On Monday and Tuesday they will view the The Last Stand of the 300 documentary. Based on what they have already learned about the Greco-Persian Wars, the students will select four topics and take notes in preparation to write a response. Following the viewing and some class discussions, the students will have one or two classes to work on their response composition. Students are expected to submit the response composition and their viewing notes by next Tuesday, December 12.
